I used it exactly the way they said to for 12 weeks and didn’t notice any real change. When I reached out to support, they basically just told me to keep going, which wasn’t super helpful. For the price, I expected a clearer timeline or better results by then. That part was weird...

It works fine once it’s charged up, but it reminds me a bit of my old charger that always took longer than I wanted. The battery also seems to drop quicker than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, and I can still use it without much trouble, but I do wish the charging and battery life were a little better...
